clinicapuchades.com (hereinafter, the Website) is partially compliant with Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September, owing to the non-compliance of the aspects listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

a. Non-compliance with RD 1112/2018: No non-compliance was detected in the self-assessment carried out.

b. Disproportionate burden: Not applicable.

c. Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation:

• There may be PDF and other office files published before 20 September 2018 that do not fully meet all accessibility requirements, although we have tried to ensure that most of them do.
• There may be third-party content not developed by the clinic or under its control, such as images, interactive maps, videos, documents or players.
• There may be pre-recorded media published before 20 September 2018 that do not fully meet all accessibility requirements.
• Part or all of the website may be built with a content management system (WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, etc.), so following an update or change to those systems, some generated or auto-generated content may not meet every accessibility standard.

The version of this website currently online dates from 23 October 2026, when the accessibility level in force at that time was reviewed.

Since that date, new or modified web content, including templates, pages and published documents, is reviewed to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements of standard UNE-EN 301549:2022, taking into account the exceptions in Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September.

Among other measures, the following are taken to make the website more accessible:

• Alternative text on images.
• Links describe their function or destination.
• Use of W3C standards: HTML5, CSS 3 and WCAG 2.1 level AA.
